About this policy
This policy explains how SiteVow handles information in connection with this website and project inquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@sitevow.com.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, business name, optional current website, package preference, support arrangement, timeline and project requirements. It also includes the business name, industry and color shown in the interactive preview. If you contact us directly, we receive your email and the information you include. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your needs, prepare proposals and maintain related correspondence. If you become a client, additional project information is handled as needed to provide the agreed services. Technical request information may be processed for website delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and helps deliver this website. FormSubmit processes inquiry submissions and forwards them to our mailbox, which is hosted by Zoho Mail. Submitting the form takes you to FormSubmit for its spam-verification step. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights. See Cloudflare, FormSubmit and Zoho for provider privacy information.
Cookies and interactive previews
The interactive business preview holds your selections in the current page. Hosting, security and third-party form-verification services may process technical information or use cookies. FormSubmit describes its cookie practices in its privacy information. You can manage cookies through your browser; restrictions may affect verification or other third-party features.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is stored in our email correspondence and may form part of a proposal or client record. Retention depends on the inquiry, any resulting project, recordkeeping obligations and dispute-resolution needs. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information by emailing contact@sitevow.com. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where required or permitted by applicable law. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.
Security and external websites
No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Links to client websites and other services lead to sites governed by their own privacy practices.
Updates
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Contact us if you have questions about a change.
