Website Terms

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Using this website

These terms describe the use of SiteVow’s public website. Contact contact@sitevow.com with questions. A separate written project agreement defines paid services and the parties to that agreement.

Information and examples

Package descriptions explain the types of work SiteVow offers. Interactive previews are illustrative concepts, not completed client work or guaranteed deliverables. Any client projects shown are presented as portfolio examples. Website content may change; the accepted proposal determines your project scope and price.

Inquiries and project approval

Submitting an inquiry does not purchase a service or create an obligation to proceed. Scope, price, schedule and responsibilities must be agreed before paid work begins. Do not send confidential credentials or sensitive information through the public form.

Intellectual property

Website content and branding are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Client names, logos and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses. Do not reproduce or commercially reuse protected materials without permission or another lawful basis. Rights in a delivered client website are addressed in its project agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, send spam, gain unauthorized access or disrupt the website or its services. You are responsible for having permission to provide the materials you submit.

Availability and external services

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Third-party services and linked websites operate under their own terms. Examples and service descriptions do not guarantee search rankings, sales, traffic or uninterrupted third-party availability.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional project obligations, warranties or dispute arrangements belong in the written agreement and remain subject to applicable law.

Changes and contact

The date above identifies this version. Changes to public website terms do not by themselves rewrite an existing signed project agreement. Questions can be sent to contact@sitevow.com.
